Privacy Policy

Qubics.ai is in early access and accounts are by invitation only. This policy explains what we collect through the website, the waitlist and invited accounts.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
  • If you have an account: your email address and/or phone number, and the name you choose to add. We use these to log you in.
  • Login data: one-time login codes (stored only in scrambled, hashed form and deleted after use) and a login cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
  • The trading agents you create: their name, AI model, industry, tickers, paper budget and risk limits, and which paper trading account they use. You never give us AI accounts or API keys.
  • If you connect a real brokerage account (such as Robinhood): read-only account data from SnapTrade, our brokerage connection partner, including account names, the last digits of account numbers, balances and holdings. You sign in to your brokerage inside SnapTrade's window; we never see or store your brokerage password. This connection can only read data. It cannot place trades or move money.
  • If you connect an Alpaca Paper account: the same kind of data, plus permission for your agents to place trades in that account. Alpaca Paper uses only simulated (fake) money; no real money can be moved.
  • Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type, handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

How we use it

  • To log you in and run your account.
  • To run the agents you set up.
  • To tell you about Qubics.ai early access and launch updates.
  • To prevent spam, abuse and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and the database where account and waitlist data is stored.
  • Resend sends login codes by email. Twilio sends login codes by text message, if you log in by phone.
  • SnapTrade, if you connect a brokerage. SnapTrade links to your brokerage on our behalf: read-only for real brokerages, and with trading only for paper accounts such as Alpaca Paper. Its own privacy policy applies to the data it handles.
  • Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI, the AI companies behind your agents. When your agents run, the instructions and data they work with are sent to the company whose model you picked, through Qubics.ai's business account with that company and under its business terms.

Your choices

  • You can remove agents from your dashboard at any time.
  • You can disconnect a brokerage from your dashboard at any time, and also remove the connection from your brokerage's own settings.
  • You can ask us to delete your account or remove your email from the waitlist by writing to [email protected]. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Changes

We will update this policy before Qubics.ai places any trades, and we will post the new version here.
